Milling support dismantled. Completely stripped to single parts. Parts checked, replaced/repaired, and controlled. Replacement of the scraper Saddle dismantled. Slides scraped. Repair or replacement of all worn parts. New oil lines. New hydraulic components Milling spindle dismantled, cleaned, checked and greased. New milling spindle. New bearings. Replacement of all hydraulic components. Replacement of any worn parts. New oil lines. Tool clamping checked, function fully checked. New sealing. Milling gear box. Replaced all worn parts. New bearings and seals. Replacement of gears. Replacement of the old spindle motor with a new 105 KW AC Motor. Fitting of the motor flange and covers. Gearbox controlled/checked and test run. Installation of a new encoder Z-Axis work. Installation of a new 1FT6 drive and fitted accordingly. Replacement of every second gear and adjusted the backlash. Replacement of the ballscrew. The crossrail compensation via adjustment motor is replaced by 2 x linear scales LB382C and the gantry function. Overhaul of the feed gear box. Replace all bearings and seals. Replace all worn parts. Replacement of every second gear and adjusted the backlash. Replacement of the ballscrew anchor in the gearbox. Test run the overhauled gearbox. Fit 2 x new ballscrew with rotating nut in the gearbox. Replace all hydraulic parts. New lubrication pumps. New brakes and clamping systems. 2x new weight compensating balancing cylinders for the W-Axis. Work on the Hydraulics, Coolant unit and wet milling unit. Replacement of all pressure switches, valves, hydraulic switches. New parts for the hydraulic unit for clamping the crossrail. New parts for the hydraulic unit for crossrail lubrication. New parts for the hydraulic unit for bed slides and for hydrostatic screws. New re-cool unit. Replace many/most pipes in the machine. New pumps and flow controller for wet milling unit.
