Fanuc Model 0i Mate TD CNC System Installed in late 2024

Rebuilt & Retrofitted:
- New CNC pendant with Fanuc 0i Mate TD system and new switchgear and cabling throughout the machine
- New ball screws and gearboxes have been fitted on the X- and Z-axes, as well as new telescopic covers on the bridge, on both sides of the ram saddle. All slides have been reground and all counter-surfaces hand scraped to align geometry.
- New lubrication system with interlocked flow switches to the re-machined and hand scraped main table bearing and rotating bearings in the lower section of the table base.
